The issues arising out of the documentaries is the unaccountable private militias that are not counted in statistics and rising in numbers. They are private armies. They belong to no nation state and respond to clients.

A key question is: How do the Geneva Conventions or International Humanitarian laws apply?

Can they be charged with murder if they kill innocent civilians would be my question?

Another critical question: Who is their allegiance to – their country or clients?

If they cause terror, are they engaging in terrorism?

One last thought that has come to me: What you put out comes back.
