Is this balanced? Or more akin to branch stacking?

It is not first past the post in reality but a horse race where most horses are owned/controlled by one owner. This is closer to dictatorship than democracy. The complexity of the voting system weakens representation of the public as a genuine voting system reflecting what the public actually want. Most politicians are not ordinary people, they are power brokers pre-selected and untouched by the reality of the public on the ground, as power is global not local. There are issues with voting before the polling date and more people voting which means counting is spread out, this means potential for fraud. High proportion of postal votes which only require a witness not a Justice of the Peace means there is no oath to the identity of the voter, another voting weakness. We have politicians who have not undertaken the exact Constitutional oath of office meaning they are not legitimate (including the PM). The Australian Electoral Commission has not fulfilled its role to stop unlawful oaths accepting fallacious arguments of ‘secular’ when the crown is about ‘common law rights’. Commentators referred to the affirmation promoting it as not religious when the oath with hand on the King James Bible is common law. No politicians raised a word about the oath of office as unlawful when changed.

There are issues of foreign allegiances illegal under the Australian Constitution raising questions about who is the legitimate Commonwealth of Australia. Are they the Commonwealth of Australia under the crown (common law) or branded as the Australian Government (including States) listed on Washington D.C. Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). No politician seems to speak to the floating of a government as a corporation which transforms the legal status from a country (sovereign) into a Washington D.C. Corporate identity that provides annual reports on assets of the country (vulnerability?). Finance is the power here. If a country is indebted financiers can foreclose. If foreign concentration of asset ownership in this country enables influence what is to stop them sending in their military to protect their assets (happened in Canada re China). What of Chinese warship entering Sydney Harbour on the anniversary of Tienanmen Square in 2019 whereby Premier Gladys Berijeklian didn’t know. How is it possible for 3 Chinese warships to circumnavigate Australia in international waters firing live cannons without the Department of Defence being aware. Was our impotence made visible as a message to the people?

In 2009/2010 when Dr Ken Henry (Treasury) signs off on this type of government financial corporate structure to raise debt they open the nation to foreign financial stakeholders who have power by virtue of financing power. This weakens the power of the public as the true sovereign who politicians allegedly represent. This is the pink elephant in the room most, if not all, ignore. Yet it is crucial to debate if our country is not to be asset stripped and the middle class fall into severe poverty. Moreover, no politician has informed the public that Washington D.C. is a city state similar to the Vatican and City of London run by a global elite financiers. The Securities Exchange Commission is a US corporation privatised. It is not government. No debate there. No politician raised the question of China listed as a corporation on the Washington D.C. SEC. It too is subject to stakeholders. The US government is in the same position. No-one questioned could nation states be controlled by foreign financiers using city states (independent) and to what extent our government has been financed/indebted? No politician has raised the issue of the float enabling debt financing (inclusive of States illegal under the Constitution) and equity financing outside of taxes which shifts the balance of power to foreign equity investors away from taxpayers. Voters become stakeholders (shareholders) and may well provide more insight into donors having influence over policy not the public. We are not being informed of the identity of the government. Yet ‘we the people’ are told to provide ID when we are nations who they are supposed to serve. The large number of large multi-national corporations contracting to government accessing sensitive information crowding out real ‘Australian companies’, is not debated.

No-one seriously addressed the bioweapon of Covid-19 whereby there is extensive evidence of pre-planning, privatised WHO (big pharma agenda) and the larger number of injuries, mental health and deaths as a result of policies that favoured industry interests not the Australian people. Another pink elephant.

The homeless are invisible in all of this chatter, the only group not fined for not voting, no-one seems to notice they were removed off the streets (housed) when lockdowns happened then returned to the streets. Thus no interest in their true plight and day to day struggle. No politician talks to the real issues behind homelessness – structural violence, real estate greed/foreign ownership, high cost of living (inflated outside of demand and supply signals) and the core issues of family breakdown (selfish values) and greed (as the purpose of life). The homeless can be financially poor or rich in a condominiums (emotionally detached, alone, empty). It is the manifestation of the breakdown of our society and class systems that no longer feel ‘community’ and shared concern which our grandparents felt.

My blog I felt inspired to write yesterday unaware of the declared election outcome, is my take on all this corruption we all normalise and the extensive work I’ve done to understand the truth and inform my government. My vote is for the corruption and deception to stop. We need to make sure tax dollars go to where it is most needed, the vulnerable. Government was never meant to be a cash cow for the rich to fund their projects or enslave, it was to represent the public and ensure their money went back to public areas of need to ensure cross subsidisation. This is why the term ‘Advance Australia Fair’ was asserted. This is what creates stability, empowerment and a truly innovative (creative) country that could lead the world, if Australian nationals who care were able to stand without foreign interference controlling political parties.
