Mike Pompeo (CIA Director) is alleged to have wanted to kidnap and murder Wikileaks founder Julian Assange primarily due to Vault 7 leak. In 2016 Wikileaks disclosed information on Russia and Clinton connection. They described him as non state hostile service. This raises the issue of targeting civilians who are uncovering criminality.
