Victorians Value Physical Activity

Under lockdown they can’t exercise more than 1 hour a day. The masks will create social barriers which will shutdown social connection.  This has major impacts on health.  Is it wise to reduce exposure to Vitamin D to 1 hour a day when Vitamin D feeds the immune system?  Is it wise to reduce social connection when this is a causal link of mental health. Is mental and physical health separate?
